The hotel has the best location just above the alcove beach, offering a beautiful ocean breeze throughout the night. However, the 'cave' rooms were not up to standard. The service was friendly, but reception staff lacked professionalism at times.

The hotel had some issues, like no hot water in the rooms for a while, which was inconvenient, and the beds were uncomfortable. However, the service was friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. The location offers beautiful sea views and easy access to public transportation, but the nightlife options are limited.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, but the smell of old cooking disguised by air fresheners in the block across the road was somewhat disappointing. The location was convenient with a bus stop right outside the hotel, offering easy access to central Palma, but the garage access situation was a bit ridiculous, requiring staff assistance every time with your own car. The dining experience was the highlight with a fabulous selection of food but little control on the sundeck. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.

My stay at Roc Illetas Playa with a gorgeous frontal sea view was comfortable with a beautiful sea view. The location is lovely, a perfect place to spend the day with clear sea and great snorkeling opportunities. However, the hotel falls short of a 4-star quality in some aspects. The dining experience overlooking the Bay of Palma was delightful, but the nightlife options are limited.
